Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and relatively the truth?

There are a wide variety of witnesses involved in any case.  The most significant of these witnesses are "eye witnesses."  The effect of "eye witnesses" in court has a powerful influence on the trier of the facts.  The effects of misidentification in court can be catastrophic.  Through a thorough and intensive examination of the case, the scene and the evidence, we strive to provide you with concrete information as to the validity or lack thereof to the claims of these witnesses.

FCA can examine the case and determine how the incident was investigated, what objects or conditions could affect the ability of witness to hear or see what is claimed.  We can assist in providing you information on how the witnesses were questioned, how the suspect show-up or photo line-up was conducted and background information on the witness.

We feel it is important for you to know if a particular witness statement is accurate or subject to question.  If there is reliability issue, we make every attempt to provide you with credible and concrete evidence to assist in this claim.

We are very cognizant of the fact how we conduct our investigations is indicative of you and your case preparation.  In this light, we do not make any attempt to force or coerce individuals into talking to us.  We will notify you of all uncooperative witnesses and in most instances will prepare reports on our contacts with these types of individuals.
