Presented As A Service and Resource To All Attorneys

Attorneys ask judges and juries to make an "informed decision" based upon the evidence presented.  We are in an usual position to be involved with a wide range of cases thus gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience.  We try to share this knowledge and information to attorneys for use in their own practices.  This information comes in the following forms:

Newsletters - "The News in Brief"

These are published on a monthly to quarterly basis.  They are a collage of interesting cases, evidential or other court/case related information.

Special Edition Newsletters

These are published on an "as needed" basis and reflect some current issue of note.

Articles

We will prepare articles that are more in-depth examination of issues, subjects and cases.  They are written in a "conversational" style that make them easier to read and comprehend.  You can see the listing of articles on my CV.  These are available to anyone in the criminal justice system and are available upon request.  Due to the sometimes "graphic" nature of the photos included, many will not be published on the web.
