The importance of evidence and the need for reliable information  in criminal and civil cases is only expected to grow in coming years.  This places a greater demand on the attorney handling the case.

Working in smaller forensic laboratories and police departments afford the staff of Forensic Consulting  "generalist" experiences.  In a world of specialization, we feel our "generalist" expertise affords the attorney a cost efficient means to gain the knowledge and information they require.   

Being a private organization, FCA is not burdened by the same stresses and pressures found in the many forensic laboratories.  Our only goal is to provide objective, accurate and reliable information on all our cases.

We are in the business to provide our expertise and investigative skills to civil, defense and prosecuting attorneys, law enforcement agencies and other judicial entities.  In this light, we have the capacity to be flexible in our fee schedule.  We will provide our services on an hourly or flat fee basis.  We also charge the same rate for court time as we do for exam time.  This alleviates the suggestions of "paying" for opinions. 

We do not accept any case beyond our expertise.
